Welcome to ZipGame ("App"), developed by ErgulLabs ("we", "our", or "us"). Your privacy and positive user experience are our top priorities. This document explains how we collect and protect your data, your rights, and the terms of using our App.
Part 1: Privacy Policy
1.1 · Data Collection, Usage and Protection
We collect the absolute minimum data required to provide a secure, synced, and fun gameplay experience:
- User Profiles: To participate in leaderboards and track progress, a unique username is generated. This is stored securely on our cloud servers. We do NOT require or store your name, password, email address, or phone number to play.
- Platform Integration: To allow cross-device sync and progress restoration, identifiers from Google Play Games, Apple ID (Game Center or Sign in with Apple), or Huawei ID are securely stored on our servers when you link your account. ErgulLabs has no access to your personal email, real-life identity, or platform password.
- Gameplay Progress: Your level completion status, star counts, earned achievements, and leaderboard rankings are synced securely with our cloud infrastructure.
- Data Security: All communications between the App and our servers are encrypted. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketing companies.
1.2 · Third-Party Services & Privacy Controls
Advertising (Google AdMob): We display ads to support the game's development.
- Your Control: On iOS, we ask for your permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline tracking (or opt-out of personalized ads on Android), AdMob will only serve non-personalized ads, and your device advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) will not be tracked.
Analytics & Crash Reports: We use analytics tools to collect anonymous, aggregated technical metrics (such as device type, game crashes, and levels played) to improve game stability and fix bugs.
1.3 · User Control & Data Deletion Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have complete control over your data:
- Instant Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your profile and all associated data stored on our servers directly from the game settings by clicking the "Delete Account" button. This action is immediate and irreversible.
- Manual Requests: You can also contact us at ergullabs@gmail.com to request manual data deletion or query the data we have saved.
Part 2: Terms of Service
2.1 · In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
We offer digital goods to enhance your gameplay:
- Consumables: Digital products like Heart packs, Power packs, or temporary Unlimited Lives are delivered immediately and consumed during gameplay. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- VIP Subscription (Monthly): The VIP membership is a recurring subscription valid for 30 days. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Apple iOS: Settings → Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → ZipGame → Cancel
- Google Android: Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → ZipGame → Cancel
- Huawei HMS: AppGallery → Me → Huawei ID → Payments and Purchases → Subscriptions → Cancel ZipGame
2.2 · Refund Policy
No Refunds: All purchases made within the App are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. ErgulLabs does not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Technical Support for Errors: If you experience any technical bugs, delivery errors, or faults with your purchased items, you can submit a support request directly through the in-app support feature in ZipGame, and we will gladly review the issue to assist you.
2.3 · Account Recovery & Backup Responsibilities
- Primary Recovery (Store Accounts): The easiest and recommended way to safeguard and restore your progress on any device is by linking your Google Play Games, Apple ID, or Huawei ID in the game settings.
- Alternative Recovery (Zip Code / Transfer Code): If you choose not to link a store account, the app generates a local "Zip Code" / "Transfer Code". You can save this key securely to restore progress manually.
- Our Support: If you lose your Zip Code or experience login issues, you can email us at ergullabs@gmail.com with your unique username. We will do our absolute best to verify your account and help you restore your progress.
